Job summary

Sunbelt Staffing is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist to support students across elementary, middle, and high school settings in New Jersey. This contract role offers opportunities to assess, plan, and deliver speech-language services within a collaborative multidisciplinary environment.

Qualifications

• Active New Jersey Speech-Language Pathologist license required.
• Previous experience in school-based settings is highly preferred.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work with students across K-12, including elementary, middle, and high school populations.
• Adept at individualized assessment, planning, and intervention for speech and language needs.
• Collaborative, flexible approach to working with educators, families, and support staff.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive speech-language services to a varied caseload of students.
• Conduct assessments, develop individualized education plans (IEPs), and track progress.
• Deliver direct and consultative therapy tailored to each students specific needs.
• Collaborate with teachers, special educators, and families to advance each childs educational outcomes.
• Document all services and maintain accurate records in compliance with school and state requirements.
• Contribute to school-wide initiatives and ongoing professional development.
