Job summary

Soliant is seeking a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist to support elementary students in a full-time contract in Watertown, Wisconsin. The assignment runs from March 2, 2026 through June 4, 2026, with hours from 7:40am to 3:25pm, Monday through Friday, serving K–3 students to build essential communication skills.

You will conduct assessments, develop and implement IEPs, deliver direct and consultative therapy, and collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to advance student

Qualifications

• Current certification and state licensure as an SLP.
• Experience in an elementary school setting preferred.
• Ability to manage an elementary caseload, working with students in grades K-3.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills.
• Commitment to creating a supportive and inclusive learning atmosphere.

Responsibilities

• Conduct speech and language assessments for elementary-aged students.
• Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) tailored to each child’s needs.
• Deliver direct and consultative speech therapy services to students.
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support students’ progress.
• Document session notes and progress reports in accordance with school and state requirements.
• Foster communication skills critical for academic, social, and emotional development.
