Job summary

Qualifications

• Active Wisconsin SLP license.
• Certification as Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP-CF or equivalent).
• Experience with K-12 student populations (elementary, middle, high school).
• Experience developing and implementing IEPs.
• Strong collaboration with educators and families; good communication.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive speech, language, and communication assessments for assigned students.
• Develop, adapt, and implement therapy plans tailored to individual student needs.
• Maintain accurate documentation and timely progress reporting.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to support learning environments.
• Participate in IEP meetings with recommendations for accommodations/modifications.
• Provide guidance and training on speech-language strategies to staff and families.
