Job summary

Soliant is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist to join a Watertown, WI school-based team for a full-time contract from March 2, 2026 through June 4, 2026. You will provide direct speech-language therapy to students in grades K-3, perform screenings and progress monitoring, and develop individualized IEPs.

The role requires current SLP certification and valid state licensure, experience with elementary students, collaboration with teachers and families, and strong documentation.

Qualifications

• Must hold current SLP certification and valid state licensure.
• Experience with elementary-aged children preferred.
• Knowledge of IEP process and ability to develop, implement, and track student progress.

Responsibilities

• Perform screenings, evaluations, and provide direct speech-language therapy for students in grades K-3.
• Develop and maintain IEPs tailored to each student’s needs.
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support educational goals.
• Provide progress updates and maintain accurate documentation according to school requirements.
• Participate in meetings, workshops, and professional development activities as needed.
