Job summary

Southwest Vermont Supervisory Union's Molly Stark Elementary School in Bennington, VT is seeking a Behavior Coach to support principals and teachers in improving student behavior and social/emotional outcomes. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred.
• Two years of school-based experience as a teacher, counselor, or behavior specialist preferred.
• Excellent communication and strong written/oral communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Review and analyze student behavior and social/emotional data and assist in identifying school-improvement goals linked to MTSS.
• Model evidence-based behavior and social/emotional practices during the school day in classrooms and other settings.
• Provide professional learning opportunities in evidence-based social/emotional and behavior practices.
• Facilitate the district Social/Emotional and Behavior Committee.
• Behavior Crisis and Intervention Team leader.
