Qualifications

• Must hold current VT BCBA License.
• At least 5 years of relevant experience preferred.
• Master degree preferred.
• Citizenship, residency or work visa required

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized support for students with behavioral challenges.
• Teach emotional regulation and self-management techniques.
• Help students develop problem-solving and communication skills.
• Facilitate conflict resolution strategies.
• Conduct comprehensive behavioral assessments.
• Design personalized intervention plans and train staff.
• Work collaboratively with teachers, counselors and admins.
• Monitor student progress and adjust support strategies.
• Teach pro-social skills and reinforce positive behavior.
• Build student agency and self-regulation skills.
• Conduct HHB investigations and related paperwork.
• Support learning and accountability after HHB investigations.
