Job summary

BlazerJobs, Inc. is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist to provide on-site services in an elementary school setting.

This contract position welcomes SLPs at all levels, including SLP-CCCs, CFs, and SLPAs, with flexibility for hybrid arrangements for the right candidate. You will deliver direct therapy, complete evaluations, and help develop IEP goals while collaborating with teachers, parents, and students.

Qualifications

• Current SLP license is required.
• CCC or CF status welcomed.
• SLPAs encouraged to apply.
• School-setting experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to collaborate with school teams, parents and students.
• Strong organizational, communication, and documentation skills.
• Willingness to adapt to changing caseloads and locations.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct speech and language therapy to elementary students.
• Complete evaluations and create IEP goals aligned with student needs.
• Collaborate with teachers, staff and families to support progress.
• Maintain accurate records according to school and state guidelines.
• Foster a positive, inclusive, student-centered learning environment.
• Adapt therapy approaches for hybrid or flexible service models.
