Job summary

BlazerJobs, Inc. is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist for an in-person elementary caseload in a collaborative school setting.

This full-time, onsite contract role offers the chance to work closely with teachers, families, and support staff to support student growth in communication skills. The ideal candidate will hold an active SLP license, CCC-SLP certification, and prior school-based experience, with strong documentation and teamwork abilities.

Qualifications

• Active SLP license obtained prior to starting.
• CCC-SLP certification required.
• Experience in a school setting, preferably elementary level.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Conducting speech, language, and communication assessments.
• Developing and implementing IEPs tailored to student needs.
• Providing direct therapy services to students individually and in groups.
• Collaborating with educators and families to foster student progress.
• Maintaining accurate records per district and state requirements.
• Participating in IEP meetings and school-based team activities.
• Contributing to professional development within a supportive environment.
