Job summary

ProCare Therapy is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist to support elementary students (grades K-4) in a school setting, delivering one-on-one PT sessions on a single day each week.

The role focuses on individualized treatment, collaboration with teachers and families, and adherence to IEP goals within a fixed day schedule from 8:40 AM to 3:00 PM on campus.

Compensation ranges from $36.67 to $66.67 per hour, with benefits including healthcare, housing, and meals as noted in the posting.

Qualifications

• Licensed Physical Therapist with school experience.
• Experience delivering therapy to K-4 students.
• Able to work independently on a fixed day schedule.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Pediatric/school caseload experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct nine 30-minute sessions per assigned day.
• Develop and implement treatment plans aligned with IEP goals.
• Document progress and maintain session records.
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and staff for student development.
• Provide guidance on PT best practices to school staff.
