ProCare Therapy is seeking a school-based Physical Therapist to support elementary students for the 2025-2026 year in Fullerton, CA. Qualifications

• Valid state Physical Therapist license or eligibility for licensure in California.
• Prior experience working within a school environment, preferably with elementary-aged children.
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate with teachers, educational staff, and families to develop and implement IEPs.
• Familiarity with pediatric therapy modalities and best practices.
• Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Adaptable, compassionate approach suited to a dynamic school atmosphere.

Responsibilities

• Deliver direct physical therapy services to elementary school students in accordance with IEP goals and district policies.
• Assess and document students motor skills, mobility, and physical development.
• Design and implement individualized treatment plans to support academic participation and functional access.
• Consult and collaborate with educators, support staff, and families to maximize students progress.
• Participate in IEP meetings, providing professional input and progress reports for each assigned child.
• Maintain thorough and timely documentation of therapy sessions and student progress.
