Job summary

AOT, Inc. is seeking a Physical Therapist to work 5 days/week (M-F 8:00–3:30) with school-age students from mid Feb 2027 (shadowing/overlap) through the 26-27 school year, with excellent support to transition to this caseload.

Provide direct PT services to PreK–12 students, develop individualized treatment plans and IEP goals, and travel between school locations as needed. The role emphasizes collaboration with teachers and school teams and thorough documentation, progress notes, data

Qualifications

• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited program.
• Pediatric or school-based experience preferred.
• Strong communication, organization, and documentation skills.
• Passion for helping children thrive!

Responsibilities

• Provide direct PT services to students in PreK–12.
• Develop individualized treatment plans and IEP goals.
• Collaborate with teachers, therapists, and school teams.
• Complete documentation, progress notes, data collection, IEP updates, and annual reviews.
• Travel between school locations as needed and participate in IEP meetings.
