Job summary

ProCare Therapy is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist to support elementary students (grades K-4) in a school setting, delivering one-on-one PT sessions on a single day each week.

The role focuses on individualized treatment, collaboration with teachers and families, and adherence to IEP goals within a fixed day schedule from 8:40 AM to 3:00 PM on campus.

Compensation ranges from $36.67 to $66.67 per hour, with benefits including healthcare, housing, and meals as noted in the posting.

Qualifications

Key Qualifications & Experience:

• Licensed or certified Physical Therapist (PT) with experience in a school setting
• Ability to deliver therapeutic services to children in grades K-4
• Comfortable working independently and efficiently within a fixed day schedule
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Prior experience with pediatric and/or school-based caseloads is preferred

Responsibilities:

• Conduct nine individual physical therapy sessions per assigned day, each lasting 30 minutes
• Develop and implement treatment plans tailored to students unique needs and IEP goals
• Document progress and maintain accurate records for each student session
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school staff to support student development and ensure a coordinated approach to therapy
• Provide guidance and resources to school staff as needed regarding physical therapy best practices
