Job summary

Sunbelt Staffing is seeking an Occupational Therapist to support elementary students in a school near Philadelphia, PA. This full-time, contract role provides consistent hours at a single campus and a collaborative educational team to help students improve motor skills, independence, and participation in daily activities.

You will assess students, document progress, and help integrate therapy goals into classrooms.

Qualifications

• Active Pennsylvania OT license required.
• Experience in school settings, especially with elementary students, is highly valued.
• Strong understanding of IEP processes and documentation.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Ability to tailor therapeutic interventions to diverse student needs.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct and consultative OT services to elementary students.
• Assess and document students' functional abilities and progress.
• Collaborate with teachers, special educators, and families to integrate therapy goals into the classroom.
• Contribute to development and implementation of IEPs and participate in team meetings.
• Utilize evidence-based strategies to promote student success and engagement.
• Maintain thorough records and comply with state and district guidelines.
• Conduct services at one convenient school site; no travel between campuses required.
