Job summary

ProCare Therapy is seeking a dedicated Occupational Therapist to join a school-based program near Philadelphia, PA. This full-time role focuses on serving students with diverse needs, delivering direct and consultative OT services, and aligning with IEP goals through collaboration with teachers and the care team.

Qualifications

• Active Occupational Therapist license in Pennsylvania (PA)
• Experience in school settings or with pediatric populations preferred
• Strong ability to assess, plan, and implement OT interventions for students with diverse needs
• Excellent communication and organizational skills for collaboration with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive OT assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
• Deliver direct and consultative OT services per IEPs
• Collaborate with teachers, special educators, and support staff to integrate OT interventions in the classroom
• Monitor progress, maintain documentation, and update IEP goals as needed
• Educate families and staff on OT strategies to support student success in school and beyond
