Job summary

Soliant is seeking a licensed Occupational Therapist to support kindergarten through fifth grade as a long-term substitute in a Pennsylvania school. This contract position runs full-time from November through mid-March, offering meaningful impact during a critical portion of the academic year.

In this role you will assess, plan, and implement therapy interventions, collaborate with teachers and families, and help students reach developmental and educational goals within IEP frameworks.

Qualifications

• Active Pennsylvania OT license.
• Experience in a school-based setting with K-5.
• Ability to assess, plan, and implement therapy interventions.
• Strong communication with educators, parents, students.
• Commitment to an inclusive, supportive learning environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct and consultative OT services to elementary students.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on IEP goals.
• Collaborate with teachers and support staff to integrate strategies in the classroom.
• Conduct assessments, progress monitoring, and maintain documentation.
• Participate in IEP meetings and communicate goals to parents.
• Foster student independence and engagement through evidence-based approaches.
