Job summary

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Education or related field required.
• Valid PA K-12 Principal Certificate (or enrolled to complete by end of current program).
• Minimum of 5 years of teaching experience, preferably in a public-school setting.
• Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
• Working from a Commonwealth Charter Academy Family Service Center on a full-time basis.
• Frequent travel is required.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, development, organization, coordination, and supervision of instructional programs; monitor curriculum implementation.
• Develop innovative instructional programs and pilot efforts where appropriate.
• Build positive culture and capacity among designated teams.
• Lead professional learning initiatives and model ongoing growth.
• Coordinate with School Improvement Team and ensure alignment with goals.
• Ensure compliance with attendance, records, health, and state requirements.
