• Texas Principal certification is required.
• Bachelor’s degree is required.
• Master’s in education, education administration, or related field preferred.
• ILD or AEL certification preferred.
• Experience in education administration preferred.
• At least three years teaching experience preferred.

• Provide leadership in development and evaluation of educational programs.
• Support innovative instructional programs and pilot them with staff.
