The Beacon Learning Center in Greenup, KY seeks a School-based Therapist to deliver trauma-informed, evidence-based clinical services for elementary students with behavioral health needs. You will provide group/individual therapy, coordinate care, and collaborate with school staff to support students returning to a traditional school setting.

Responsibilities include developing treatment plans, conducting assessments, and engaging families while maintaining HIPAA compliant documentation.

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in a clinical field is required.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills.
• Must maintain a valid Driver’s License.
• Excellent communication and conflict-resolution skills.
• Proficiency with Word, Excel, PowerPoint and related apps.
• English reading, writing, and speaking fluency.
• Pre-employment drug screen, background check, TB test completed.
• Licensed or licensure eligible; SCM training required.

Responsabilités

• Provide group, individual, and family therapy to students in the program.
• Facilitate daily group therapy sessions focusing on emotion regulation and social skills.
• Deliver trauma-informed interventions appropriate for elementary-aged students.
• Collaborate with educational staff to integrate behavioral health supports in instruction.
• Complete clinical assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
