Job Overview

Supervise and manage staffing, training, and development of all BOH employees, including procurement, production, assembly, and presentation of food in a safe, sanitary environment. Responsible for delivering budgeted financial results for back-of-house operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver high-quality products to guests with a focus on recipe adherence and superior execution in a high-volume environment.
  • Ensure guest satisfaction and meet or exceed financial targets for food, labor, and supply costs.
  • Maintain food safety, cleanliness, uniform standards, and equipment maintenance.
  • Develop staff through hiring, performance management, disciplinary actions, and evaluations.
  • Uphold company operating standards and safety programs to reduce injury risk.
  • Plan food plating to maximize visual impact and minimize waste.
  • Demonstrate professionalism reflecting brand and company values.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
Skills & Qualifications
  • Ability to understand financial data and perform basic arithmetic.
  • Serv-Safe and RAMP certification required.
  • Flexible to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Proven leadership and communication skills.
  • Adaptability to change.
Minimum Requirements
  • Two-year college degree in culinary arts or restaurant management preferred; two years of related experience required.
  • Thorough knowledge of Food and Beverage/Hospitality practices.
  • Must obtain and maintain a valid gaming license as per State Gaming Agency regulations.
Physical Requirements
  • Ability to handle heavy work, including lifting up to 50 pounds.
