Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Support teachers in delivering age-appropriate lessons and reinforce learning activities.
• Provide individual or small-group academic support in reading, math, and core subjects.
• Assist with classroom routines, organization, and transitions for a smooth school day.
• Engage with and lead students during recess, lunch, specials, and other non-classroom times.
• Encourage positive behavior through PBIS and support social-emotional development.
• Build caring relationships to support growth and independence.
• Communicate and collaborate with teachers and staff as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the teacher or administrator.
