Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Under classroom supervision, help maintain a positive learning environment.
• Assist in implementing daily learning experiences aligned with grade-level practices.
• Collaborate with teacher on curricular planning and classroom environment decisions.
• Assist with accommodations for students as needed.
• Help promote a safe, healthy learning environment.
• Work cooperatively and respectfully with others.
• Provide individualized instruction to identified students and small groups in reading and math.
• Plan instructional activities meeting students' needs, interests, and abilities.
• Advise teachers on students’ progress during interventions.
• Retrieve and help analyze student performance data to evaluate interventions.
