Pact Charter School seeks an Elementary Special Education Paraprofessional to support teachers in addressing individual student needs within the general education setting for the 2026/2027 school year.

Hours are approximately 7:45–3:15 on student contact days, with possible variation for before/after school duties. Two years of higher education or an Associates degree (or completion of Paraprofessional Exam) preferred. Starting wage range is $18.00–$36.40 per hour depending on qualifications.

Qualifications

• Two years of higher education or Associates degree (or higher) preferred or completion of the Paraprofessional Exam.
• Assist teachers with individual student needs within the general education setting.
