BlazerJobs, Inc. seeks a dedicated Occupational Therapist to support elementary students in Port Orchard, WA. This full-time, in-person role serves a caseload of 32 students under IEPs, helping them achieve independence and academic progress in a collaborative school setting.

The contract runs ASAP through June 11, 2027, offering stability and meaningful professional impact. Compensation ranges from $45.00 to $65.00 per hour with benefits including healthcare, housing, and meals/incidental

Qualifications

• Current Occupational Therapy licensure in Washington State (WA SLP License required)
• ESA (Educational Staff Associate) certification
• Successful fingerprint clearance through OSPI
• Prior school-based experience valued
• Strong collaboration and communication skills
• Ability to develop and implement student-centered, evidence-based interventions

Responsabilités

• Deliver direct occupational therapy services to elementary-aged students in accordance with IEPs
• Conduct assessments and develop comprehensive treatment plans
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to promote student success
• Monitor progress and adjust interventions to support educational and developmental goals
• Maintain accurate documentation of clinical services and student progress
• Participate in IEP meetings and provide expert input to the team
