Qualifications

• Current Occupational Therapy licensure in Washington State (WA SLP License required)
• ESA (Educational Staff Associate) certification
• Successful fingerprint clearance through OSPI
• Prior school-based experience valued
• Strong collaboration and communication skills
• Ability to develop and implement student-centered, evidence-based interventions

Responsibilities

• Deliver direct occupational therapy services to elementary-aged students in accordance with IEPs
• Conduct assessments and develop comprehensive treatment plans
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to promote student success
• Monitor progress and adjust interventions to support educational and developmental goals
• Maintain accurate documentation of clinical services and student progress
• Participate in IEP meetings and provide expert input to the team
