Ardor Health Solutions is seeking a School-Based Occupational Therapist in Port Orchard, WA. This full-time role offers a 37.5-hour work week, with a caseload tailored to your skills and preferences discussed during interview.

You will work with children in a therapeutic/school setting, performing evaluations, treatment planning, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team. EMR/IEP documentation is required, and new graduates are welcome.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Occupational Therapy is required.
• WA state OT license and ESA certificate required or eligible.
• Previous school-based or pediatric experience preferred; fieldwork accepted.
• New graduates welcome to pediatrics.
• Fingerprinting with OSPI required upon hire.

Responsibilities

• Perform evaluations and develop treatment plans for students.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to support student progress.
• Maintain documentation using EMR or IEP systems.
• Manage a caseload suited to your skill set and preferences.
• Work primarily in a school-based pediatric setting.

• Weekly compensation ranges from $2,175 to $2,392 (based on experience)
