Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience with job-related responsibilities and increasing levels of responsibility.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Must possess a valid Arizona DPS Level One IVP Fingerprint Clearance Card; Serv-Safe certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Estimate quantities and adjust recipes to meet meal requirements and minimize waste.
• Inspect deliveries for quantity and health compliance.
• Inventory food, condiments, supplies, and equipment.
• Order food, equipment, and supplies to maintain inventory within budget.
• Oversee preparation, cooking, serving, and transport of meals to meet nutrition requirements.
• Train and supervise assigned staff to ensure process adherence.
• Prepare reports (meal program records, inventory reports, payroll sheets) for records.
