Responsibilities

• Support teachers in administering universal screening and progress monitoring assessments.
• Interpret mathematics assessment data to drive instruction and monitor progress.
• Collaboratively analyze data to make instructional decisions addressing student needs.
• Co-facilitate data meetings with staff.
• Promote equity for all students.
• Provide explicit, research-based math instruction to individuals and small groups.
• Collaborate with teachers and administrators on math initiatives.
• Communicate progress with families and the school community.
• Align interventions with classroom practice and scheduling.
• Monitor student achievement records and progress.
• Assist in scheduling and assignment for tiered intervention.
• Implement targeted interventions and monitor progress toward goals.
• Model, coach, and consult on best math practices.
• Collaborate with Special Education to support inclusion and UDL.
• Participate in mathematics transition dialogues.
• Maintain positive relationships with students, families, and staff.
