Job summary

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent per Wisconsin DPI.
• 3–6 months experience in an early childhood setting.
• Associate's Degree in Early Childhood Education or higher, or registry certificate.

Responsibilities

• Support instruction in all core subjects with differentiated instruction.
• Provide in-class support, clarifying and redirecting identified students.
• Conduct small group instruction and pull-out sessions as needed.
• Offer one-to-one academic or behavioral support focusing on math and reading/language arts.
• Coordinate with school staff and maintain required documentation.
• Extensive mobility and outdoor duty possible.
