Responsibilities

• Collaborate with K–5 teachers, site admin, and SST/MTSS to align intervention goals with instruction.
• Plan, deliver targeted reading and math interventions to individuals and small groups on a set schedule, adjusting instruction based on progress data.
• Monitor student progress data, maintain logs, and update intervention schedules while communicating with classroom teachers.
• Share progress with families at cycle start and end; guide placement decisions based on data.
