Qualifications

• Meets ESSA qualifications: associate degree or 48 credits or Praxis.
• Must meet health and physical requirements.

Responsibilities

• Provide small group or individual instruction in reading and/or mathematics for grades K-8.
• Prepare lesson plans for reading or math interventions.
• Deliver lessons using specified techniques.
• Administer screening/assessments with RTI Facilitator guidance.
• Administer running records with Instructional Facilitator guidance.
• Maintain accurate records of student work, attendance, and progress.
• Monitor student progress with RTI Facilitator.
• Manage behavior of a small student group.
• Utilize computers/tablets and software to monitor progress.
• Attend training as needed.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by the Principal.
