Qualifications

• Age 16+.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must complete mandatory employee training within the first 3 months.

Responsibilities

• Adapts classroom activities under teacher direction to support objectives and IEP goals.
• Provides immediate first aid and health care support as instructed.
• Assists with tests, assignments, and progress monitoring in the classroom.
• Supervises students, supports self-care activities, and maintains safety.
• Performs clerical duties to support classroom operations.
