Qualifications

• Must be at least eighteen years old and have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Associate degree (AA) or 72 college quarter credit hours or valid ParaPro/Paraprofessional assessment scores.
• Must pass criminal background check.

Responsibilities

• Assist teaching staff by completing instructional tasks.
• Maintain an orderly classroom to provide a positive learning environment.
• May be assigned to lunchroom, library, before or after school programs, or office.
• Elementary assignments may include crossing guard and playground duties.

Education

High school diploma or equivalent
