Qualifications

• Must be at least eighteen years old and have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Must hold an AA degree or 72 credit hours or ParaPro score 455 or Paraprofessional score 220.
• Must pass criminal background check.

Responsibilities

• Assists teaching staff by completing instructional tasks and maintaining an orderly classroom.
• May be assigned to classroom, lunchroom, library, before or after school programs, or office.
• Elementary assignment may include crossing guard and playground duties and can be with an individual student or entire class.
