Responsibilities

• Provide instructional coaching to teachers to improve classroom practice and student outcomes.
• Collaborate with administrators and staff to support district initiatives and professional development.
• Model effective instructional strategies and data-driven planning to promote student success in a diverse, inclusive environment.

In accordance with the negotiated agreement, the minimum starting salary with a Bachelor's degree is $70,535 (Step 1)
