Clear Creek ISD BAY ELEM in Seabrook, Texas is seeking an experienced Lead Custodian - Elementary (Anticipated) to supervise campus custodial operations and ensure high standards of safety, cleanliness, and efficiency. You will plan, oversee, and participate in custodial work, monitor timecards, manage supplies, and coordinate with staff, students, and the community.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Monitor and direct the work of custodians at assigned campus
• Plan, oversee, and participate in custodial work while maintaining safety and cleanliness
• Monitor timecards of custodial employees
• Maintain inventory and order custodial supplies
• Promote safety and security of the building
• Perform emergency repairs
• Perform minor repairs and cleaning services as necessary
• Keep building and premises neat and clean at all times
• Check exit doors and panic hardware during occupancy
• Schedule custodial support for events
• Support safety and district drills and protocols
• Be available for after-hours demands
• Demonstrate CCISD core values and mission alignment
• Stay up-to-date professionally with training opportunities
• Collaborate effectively with team and stakeholders
