Qualifications

• Ability to operate cleaning equipment and lift heavy equipment.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and direct the work of custodians at assigned campus.
• Must take charge of all activities and relay night activities to evening operator.
• Help in the scheduling and training of custodians.
• Oversee and participate in all custodial work, maintaining safety, cleanliness and efficiency.
• Monitor timecards of custodial employees.
• Maintain an inventory and order custodial supplies.
• Promote safety and security of the building.
• Ensure fire safety, health, and comfort of students and employees.
• Promote district energy management and IPM programs.
• Perform emergency repairs and cleaning service as necessary.
• Perform minor repairs and maintenance as necessary.
• Keep building and premises neat and clean.
• Check exit doors and panic bolts during occupancy.
• Schedule and participate in district reunification protocol as directed.
• Be available for after-hours demands.
