Responsibilities

• Maintain fairness, respect, and equity with students, families, and staff.
• Maintain boundaries and confidentiality with students, families and staff.
• Work independently with small groups of students.
• Support students with various functioning levels and disabilities.
• Apply behavioral principles in interactions with clients and caregivers.
• Implement treatment plans under BCBA/BCBA consultant guidance.
• Provide individual support to students with behavioral concerns and needs.
• Implement behavior plans to reduce challenging behavior and promote social skills.
• Respond to crises and manage aggressive incidents as needed.
• Teach communication, social, self-help, and play skills using Applied Behavior Analysis.
