Qualifications

• Candidate must have satisfactory outcome of fingerprinting background check.

Responsibilities

• Collects and accounts for class attendance slips.
• Ensures accurate daily attendance accounting with teachers and parents.
• Coordinates daily attendance information into the data processing program in accordance with Texas law and district policies.
• Prepares daily attendance summary from class rolls for each period.
• Maintains an up-to-date locator card for all students.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
