Responsibilities

• Approach all encounters with guests and employees with a smile.
• Check guests for proper identification and serve alcoholic beverages in accordance with laws and regulations.
• Read the Banquet Event Order and be familiar with the menu of the assigned function.
• Monitor cleanliness and sanitation of service bar, stations and service areas.
• Accommodate special requests and offer appropriate alternatives.
• Ensure guests are enjoying meals and address any issues.
• Clear, clean and reset tables as needed.
• Perform other duties as requested by management.
