Job summary

Log Cabin/Delaney Hospitality Group seeks a Banquet Server to provide exceptional service during banquets, meetings, and special events. You will set up rooms, serve courses, and help maintain a smooth event flow in both on-site and off-site settings.

The role requires 18+ years, ability to work late nights and weekends, and physical fitness to lift 30 lbs and stand throughout shifts. Training and safety guidelines are part of the job.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality or serving roles is advantageous but not required.
• Ability to work outdoors and off-site catering when needed.
• Must lift at least 30 lbs and stand for the shift.
• Strong communication and multitasking under pressure.
• Flexible schedule including late nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Set up banquet rooms according to event layout and requirements.
• Serve food and beverages professionally to guests during events.
• Maintain clean and organized tables and workstations.
• Address guest questions and concerns courteously.
• Collaborate with kitchen and event staff for smooth service.
• Assist in breaking down rooms after events and resetting layouts.
• Follow safety and sanitation guidelines for a safe environment.
• Attend pre-event meetings to learn event details.
