The role focuses on designing and delivering education for field representatives, employees, and customers to enhance clinical and technical knowledge, market understanding, and selling capabilities.

The position requires 2+ years of training or related experience, knowledge of electrophysiology devices, and strong communication skills. Travel is expected (~10–20%).

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree is required.
• 2+ years of training experience in a Therapy area or equivalent sales/marketing experience.
• Knowledge of electrophysiology medical devices.
• Ability to design and deliver training programs for diverse audiences.
• Strong presentation and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Designs, implements, and executes electrophysiology educational programs for Abbott EP team and customers.
• Develops curricula and training content across multiple channels to improve field competence.
• Carries out continuing education for physicians, fellows, and customers.
• Measures effectiveness of programs and iterates based on results.
• Collaborates with Education, Marketing, R&D, and Sales to keep content up-to-date.
