Qualifications

• Knowledge of electrophysiology medical devices.
• Ability to apply needs assessment and design training programs.
• Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office or Adobe Creative Cloud to develop materials.
• Willingness to travel 10-20%, including internationally.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and execute electrophysiology educational programs for Abbott EP field representatives, employees, and customers.
• Develop curricula and training content to build field competence in clinical, technical, and selling areas.
• Execute continuing education for physicians, fellows, and customers at the Austin facility and national programs.
• Develop metrics to assess program effectiveness and implement improvements.
• Collaborate with Education, Marketing, R&D, Sales to deliver training in classrooms or remote modalities.
