Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Performs Casting/Coating functions.
• Examines devices after molding operations for bubbles or imperfections.
• Uses small tools to access bubbles and remove epoxy.
• Patches and repairs bubbles or voids; bakes parts to cure epoxy patches.
• Performs Mechanical Assembly functions.
• Kits, assembles, bonds, coats, and processes devices using microscopes.
• Locates and corrects problems by visual inspection.
• Repairs devices and components using microscopes and tools.
• Performs Packaging Functions.
• Kits, assembles, and packages devices and accessories.
• Reviews device documentation for completeness and accuracy.
