Job summary

Highmark Health in Pittsburgh seeks a Radiology/Electrophysiology support professional to assist nurses and physicians with diagnostic and interventional procedures. You will operate lab and imaging equipment used in electrophysiology studies and troubleshoot equipment as needed.

The ideal candidate has an Associate degree or equivalent, 1 year in general Radiology, and either Electrophysiology/Cath Lab experience or ARRT/RCES certification. ACLS and background checks are part of the process.

Qualifications

• Minimum associate degree or equivalent experience.
• 1 year experience in general Radiology preferred.
• 1 year experience in Electrophysiology or Cath Lab.
• ARRT or RCES certification with relevant board.

Responsibilities

• Assist with electrophysiology procedures.
• Operate lab and imaging equipment for electrophysiology studies.
• Troubleshoot equipment malfunctions and contact support personnel.
• Perform sheath removal.
• Maintain inventory and station management for supplies.
• Perform technical interrogation of implanted devices.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
