Job summary

Bel Fuse Inc. in the United States (Minnesota, Waseca) is seeking a technically skilled tester/engineer to conduct tests and data collection for component and assembly validation.

The role supports development activities, ensuring cost, schedule, and performance targets are met while adhering to ISO and Lean Manufacturing methodologies. You will collaborate across Production, Engineering, Manufacturing, Sales and Quality to drive testing programs and resolve design issues.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or two-year technical degree in Electrical Engineering or Electronics.
• Work experience in a similar manufacturing environment is preferred.
• Must be a US Citizen or Permanent Resident.

Responsibilities

• Conduct tests of new components and assemblies based on test plans and report results.
• Provide technical support for existing products to resolve design-related issues.
• Prepare prototypes of components to meet specifications per plans or work requests.
• Apply knowledge of technology and standards to investigate new test methods.
• Establish and maintain positive working relationships with teams and customers.
• Assist in project scheduling and report status per schedules.
