Qualifications

• Technical degree in Electrical Technology or related field, or equivalent hands-on experience.
• 4+ years of manufacturing, product development, testing, or engineering support experience.
• Experience troubleshooting electrical and electronic systems.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and technical drawings.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent technical writing and communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently while contributing within a team.

Responsibilities

• Perform laboratory testing of electrical products and maintain testing records.
• Collect, analyze, and document test results to ensure performance and reliability.
• Assist with new product development through testing, input, and documentation.
• Support manufacturing by resolving technical issues and suggesting improvements.
• Review and update engineering documentation, BOMs, work instructions, and inspection procedures.
• Assist with technical document control and product manuals.
• Review drawings and specifications for accuracy and completeness.
• Maintain quality logs and inspection documentation to support quality initiatives.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Production, Quality, Procurement, and Customer Service on projects.
• Participate in continuous improvement and cross-functional teams.
