Job summary

CAREL USA, Inc. is seeking an Electronics Test Technician to apply electrical principles in assembling, installing, and testing wiring and components within industrial control panels.

You will conduct functional testing up to 480V, read schematics, inspect installations, and collaborate with engineering and quality to review BOMs and drawings while maintaining safety and organization in a dynamic, multinational environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Electrical safety training such as NFPA 70E is preferred.
• Fluent in English with ability to read and understand simple instructions.

Responsibilities

• Apply electrical principles to assemble, install and test wiring and components into industrial control panels.
• Conduct functional testing of energized equipment up to 480V.
• Read and interpret electrical schematics and technical drawings.
• Inspect wiring installations and components.
• Lead or mentor a subordinate group as needed.
• Collaborate with engineering and quality control to review BOMs and drawings.
• Maintain safe working practices and organized workspace.
