Job summary

CAREL USA, Inc. in Manheim, PA, is seeking an electrical panel assembler who applies electrical principles to assemble, install and test wiring and components into industrial control panels.

The role requires reading schematics, performing functional testing up to 480V, and collaborating with engineering and production teams. Candidates should have a high school diploma, some technical training, and English fluency; safety training NFPA 70E preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required; accreditation from a technical school is required.
• Electrical safety training such as NFPA 70E or similar is preferred.
• Fluent in English; ability to read and interpret instructions.

Responsibilities

• Read and interpret electrical schematics and technical drawings.
• Conduct functional testing of energized equipment up to 480V.
• Manufacture prototypes and collaborate with production engineers.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace.
• Provide coaching and mentoring to subordinate team members.
• Work with BOMs and drawings to review components.
