Job summary

CAREL USA, Inc. seeks an Electrical Technician in Manheim, PA to assemble, install, and test electrical wiring and components for industrial control panels. You will read schematics, inspect installations, and support engineering with BOM reviews.

The role requires a high school diploma, 2–5 years in electrical work, fluency in English, and familiarity with IEC/UL standards. Strong attention to safety and teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent; technical school accreditation preferred.
• 2–4 years electrical work with industrial control panels or 3–5 years in related fields.
• Fluent in English; ability to read and convey information clearly.
• Knowledge of IEC schematics and UL 508A concepts.

Responsibilities

• Assemble and test electrical wiring and components for industrial control panels.
• Read and interpret electrical diagrams and schematics.
• Inspect wiring installations and assemblies for quality and safety.
• Provide coaching or lead responsibilities to junior technicians as needed.
• Collaborate with engineering and quality control on BOM and drawings.
• Maintain safe work practices and use appropriate PPE.
