Job summary

CAREL USA, Inc. is seeking an Electronics Test Technician for the third shift in Manheim, PA. You will apply electrical principles to assemble, install, and test wiring and components in industrial control panels, ensuring safety and quality across all stages of production.

You will read electrical schematics, perform functional tests on energized equipment up to 480V, and collaborate with engineering and QA to review BOMs and drawings. Strong attention to safety and teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required; technical school certification preferred.
• 2–4 years electrical work with industrial control panels or 3–5 yrs in similar industries.
• Fluent in English and able to read and comprehend instructions.

Responsibilities

• Apply electrical principles to assemble, install and test wiring and equipment in industrial control panels.
• Conduct functional testing of energized equipment up to 480V.
• Read and interpret electrical schematics and technical drawings.
• Provide leadership, coaching, and mentoring to team members as needed.
• Collaborate with engineering and quality control to review BOMs, drawings, and schematics.
• Demonstrate electrical safety practices and use of PPE.
